What, if at all, is your experience with mindfulness practices? i.e. meditation, body listening, mindful eating, etc

This is an experiential workshop, meaning we will actively be foraging, tasting, and handling plants. There will be space to share personal reflections on experiences with wild edibles, as well as experience with tasting the plant.
I understand that personal sharing and reflecting will be encouraged and offered, though free of requirement, and that I can share as much as feels comfortable to me.

What is your familiarity with eating foraged and/or wild foods? Is this new?

This workshop has the potential to develop into a series of offerings all centered around becoming more familiar with identifying and making use of wild edibles.

Are you interested in being apart of a group that gathers regularly to share, discuss and learn about this?
The workshop is $20, which covers costs for food and print resources.
