Roadmap to Mental Health is a free 170-page resource manual for anyone navigating the mental health system in Washington State, with a specific emphasis on resources in the greater Seattle area. You can access a free PDF of this resource at any time at namiseattle.org/support-resources/resources

The 2022 Roadmap is now available to pick up from the NAMI Seattle office at 802 NW 70th St, Seattle. Copies of the book are available 24/7 in a purple plastic bin at the bottom of the front steps on the south side of our building. If you need to make other arrangements for pickup please contact info@namiseattle.org. Please take no more than 5 books - this will help us distribute copies from this first printing widely across our community.

If you are unable to visit the NAMI Seattle office please fill out the form below to request a mailed copy. You are welcome to make a small donation to help offset mailing costs, but there is absolutely no expectation that you do so.
