Yellowhead Tribal Council is in the process of expanding services with an
Urban Housing Department to address housing shortages for members of Yellowhead Tribal Council nations.
We plan to build an affordable, accessible, and safe housing complex in a neighbourhood in Edmonton with employment opportunities, access to amenities, and nearby schools. This apartment complex is designed to support our culture and provide access to programs and supports so that people enjoy living there and thrive in their new neighbourhood.
We are also looking to build capacity for on-reserve affordable housing options to assist member nations to increase supply of the nations safe, affordable and accessible housing options.

This information is being gathered for planning purposes only and will not be shared outside of the Yellowhead Tribal Council. Completing this form does not indicate that you are or are not getting Affordable Housing. The purpose of this survey is for initial community outreach regarding the need for housing. This is the first step of many, and we look forward to engaging with you as we plan together for future housing.
