This is the request process for media credentials to the 2021 racing events at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.  

2021 SEASON SCHEDULE:

May 14-16 - Acura Sports Car Challenge Presented by TLX Type S (headlined by IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship) - DEADLINE 4/30/2021

June 4-5 - B&L Transport 170 at Mid-Ohio (headlined by NASCAR Xfinity Series plus ARCA Menards Series) - DEADLINE  5/28/2021

June 25-27 - Vintage Grand Prix of Mid-Ohio (headlined by Sportscar Vintage Racing Association plus Trans Am) - DEADLINE 6/11/2021

July 2-4 - The Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio Presented by the HPD Ridgeline (headlined by NTT INDYCAR SERIES) - DEADLINE 6/18/21

July 23-25 - AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days (annual motorcycling festival on and off the track) - DEADLINE 7/16/21


As a condition of being granted media credentials, please be sure to read and follow the COVID-19 PROTOCOLS for Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.  These are posted at the following link:  https://midohio.com/covid19.


INSTRUCTIONS:

> We highly suggest using GOOGLE CHROME web browser when completing this form.  Some challenges have been encountered when using the Safari browser for instance.
> DEADLINE for submission is TWO weeks prior to each event (See above event application deadline dates.).
> Form must be completed for each event that the media outlet would like to cover.  
> Form is limited to 6 representatives per outlet.  Media organizations requesting credentials for more than 6 people on assignment can just submit another application for the respective event under the same assignment editor's name and organization.  
> If media access is needed for a non-public event (SCCA, car club, track rental or other non-spectator events) held at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, please first contact the leader for that event and have them email media@midohio.com acknowledging and approving your access to their event.

Please note that MEDIA CREDENTIALS, DEADLINE MEDIA CENTER ACCESS and PARKING are LIMITED AVAILABILITY and not all requests will be approved. Priority will be given to applicants from media organizations with confirmed assignments and wide-spread distribution/audience. Free-lance requests will not be accepted.
