Spring 2024 Parent Referral - TASD Gifted and Talented Program
Please complete the following referral survey by  Wednesday, May 8, 2024 if you would like your child to be evaluated for placement in the TASD Gifted and Talented Program beginning in the 2024-2025 school year. During the referral and evaluation process, we try to gather as much information as possible to give us a complete academic profile of the student. In addition to the tests we administer, we also request ratings from both teachers and parents. Responses to this form will be accepted through Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at midnight.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and I will be happy to help! 

Please note: If the student is already in the Gifted and Talented Program, he or she will remain in the program, and there is no need refer them or complete this form again.
