2024 Legends Softball Registration Form

The Legends Softball Tournament this year will be September 6th – 8th in Bismarck, ND at Clem Kelley & Cottonwood Softball Complexes.

1. Registration Form:

Complete the Registration Form to hold spot in tournament.

2. Payment Schedules:

Payment is due by August 30th, 2024 by 5pm.

All payments can be completed with our Finance Dept. Pay over the phone or in person.

Personal checks will not be accepted.

3. Rosters:

Teams must submit rosters by August 30th. Changes can still be made up until the 1st game but we need to have rosters on file in order to complete your registration.

Completed rosters can be emailed to softballcommittee@uttc.edu or dropped off in our Finance Office when submitting payment.

Make sure to complete these early to reserve your spot.

I request an invoice to be emailed to me that I will pay with a Visa or Mastercard and email my roster to softballcommittee@uttc.edu by August 30th

I will bring cash or money order and roster to the Finance Dept. (Building 5) on UTTC Campus by August 30th.

Finance Office at United Tribes Technical College

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
