Sahtú Youth Network COVID Campaign Media Training
The Sahtú Youth Network is inviting you to participate in a new Youth Campaign! We are keen to hear your personal thoughts on Vaccine Hesitancy, as well as provide design and implantation training to a team of youth leaders. You also have the opportunity to create media content expressing your thoughts an opinions!

This is our initial form to get everyone’s honest opinion about how COVID-19 has affected your life as a Sahtu Youth. All thoughts and opinions are welcome, and will stay anonymous unless you choose otherwise.

Once you are done filling out the form, you will be entered into a raffle! You must be a Sahtú youth aged 18-35 years old to qualify. Deadline to fill out this form is Noon October 29th 2021.  

RAFFLE PRIZE: $200 cheque, and will be drawn at 3pm October 29th 2019.

(Please note that the raffle will include all the participants! No matter your vaccine status)
