PLEASE NOTE: This is a NUT-FREE site, please do not bring nuts or nut products to HFC. Please also apply sunscreen to children in warmer months.
Bookings
You will still be charged if you cancel after the closing date (two weeks before the fun club starts), however, it may be possible, with the agreement of the HFC Manager, to swap days within the same Fun Club if space is available. Please complete a new form for any changes to your original booking.
It is not possible to carry forward credits to a future HFC.

Extension of a session to include early session (8.00 - 9.00) and or late (5.00 - 6.00) costs £2.85 per half hour
Payment
You do not need to pay anything now. The charges will be added to your next end-of-term bill. You may use Childcare Vouchers for payment or part-payment as HFC is eligible and this will be marked as such on your end-of-term bill. Late bookings made after the closing date (2 weeks before the fun club starts) will incur a £10 admin charge.
