SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT
By completing this agreement your organization agrees to become a sponsor of Mu Iota Chapter an Unincorporated Association of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. as identified above. Proceeds will support programs of Mu Iota Chapter. 

Sponsorship benefits are outlined in the sponsorhsip package and represent the entire agreement. These Checks should be made payable to Omega Omega Lamp Foundation - Lamp Foundation, Inc.
