Please fill out this form to request delivery of a Thanksgiving Meal Basket. 
  • To be eligible you must have a need for assistance and live in Union County or in zip codes 28105 Or 28227. Only 1 delivery per address. 
  • Someone must be present between 9 am - 2 pm to receive the Thanksgiving Meal basket.  
  • It will include items needed for a Thanksgiving meal including frozen turkey, potatoes, yams, stuffing, vegetables, and dessert mix.
