Hawai‘i Farm to School Hui Membership Form
Aloha, we appreciate your interest in joining a working circle for the Hawai‘i Farm to School Hui!

THE PURPOSE OF THIS FORM is to help people new to the F2S Hui get involved and meet others in our network by signing up to join our working circles (i.e. working groups). When you sign up for at least one working circle, you become a F2S Hui Member. Existing members can also use this form to join new circles.

a) the Hawai‘i Farm to School Hui Organizational Structure (which is made up of working circles), and
b) a brief description of each circle.

MEMBERSHIP: This term describes any individual who is a member of at least one circle. You can choose to be a member of just one circle or many circles. You can join a circle for as long as you would like, and can request to be removed from that circle at any time. Members are asked to renew their commitment to their working circles once per year. Circles usually meet once a month for an hour via Zoom. You can see what responsibilities we request of our members in the chart below in the form.

NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBERS: This term describes any individual who receives Hawai‘i Farm to School Hui e-newsletters. Subscribers are welcome at any time to join circles and become members of the F2S Hui. ABOUT THE HUI: The Hawai‘i Farm to School Hui's mission is to strengthen Hawaii’s farm to school movement by supporting our Island Networks in the areas of capacity building, resource development and sharing, professional development, and policy development and advocacy.
