Concord High IB Magnet Transportation Form
Dear Parent or Guardian:
In order to prepare for the 2021-2022 school year, we require all parents and guardians to confirm their transportation plans even if your child currently rides the bus this school year.
Student stop information will be provided by your child’s school in August.
The final day to request or change bus transportation for the 2021-2022 school year is 7/30/21.
Hub Stops have been determined to be at the following locations for the 2021-22 school year. Hub offerings are reviewed yearly and offered based on rider usage. Only students assigned to a Hub Stop will be able to utilize the stop.
**Please note all Hub stop are under review and will be offered if ridership numbers qualify it to be continue. Notice to Parents concerning hub stops: The stop wait time for all hub stops is a 3 minute wait.

Estimados Padres de Familia/Tutor:
Para prepáranos para el año escolar 2021-2022, solicitamos que todos los padres/tutores confirmen sus planes de transporte sin importar si su hijo(a) actualmente utiliza el servicio de autobús este año escolar.
En agosto la escuela de su estudiante le dará la información de la parada asignada para su hijo(a).
El último día para solicitar o cambiar el servicio de autobús escolar para el año escolar 2021-2022 es el 7/30/21.
Se ha determinado que Hub Stops estará en las siguientes ubicaciones para el año escolar 2021-22. Las ofertas de Hub se revisan anualmente y se ofrecen según el uso del usuario. Solo los estudiantes asignados a una parada central podrán utilizar la parada.
** Tenga en cuenta que todas las paradas de Hub están en revisión y se ofrecerán si el número de pasajeros califica para continuar. Aviso a los padres sobre las paradas del concentrador: El tiempo de espera de la parada para todas las paradas del concentrador es de 3 minutos.
