The following questionnaire is used to gather information on the background and training of horses that participate at the World Championships.

ALL DATA will be treated strictly confidential and will not be shared with anybody outside the research team.

ALL DATA will be treated as confidential information and analyzed as such, worked on as group data but not on an individual basis. There will be no possibility to relate data to individuals in presentation of the results e.g. in thesis, posters/presentations, scientific papers, articles for the public.

ALL DATA will be used only for research purposes. It will not be used for other purposes.

Personal data (like name) in the questionnaire is just collected in order to avoid mistakes in data collection and data processing and results will not be linked to an individual.
