Once we know/anticipate that a space will be available or once a space has become available we will contact all the parents on the waitlist that best match the description for the opening. For example the age category and days of the week that the space is opening up for. Contact will be made via the email address provided on this form. Interviews and tours will be scheduled in the order that responses are received.
Generally all interested families are interviewed before any decision is made, however in certain circumstances the opening may be filled before all of the scheduled interviews are completed. Parents who are offered the opening have 24 hours to submit an
enrollment package, the deposit, and the first month's tuition. After this 24 hour window has passed other prospective families may be offered the opening.
- We do NOT charge a fee to be placed on our waitlist.
- Please fill out a form for EACH child you wish to be placed on the waitlist when applying for a sibling group.
- Waitlist order is not tracked. We do NOT follow a "first come first served" rule for waitlisting. We believe that everyone looking for a space in an available age category should be eligible for openings at the same time. However, once contacted regarding a space, the first family that best fits our opening (after a tour/orientation) will be offered the space. If they accept it, they will be given first dibs and be able to secure it first.
- Siblings of children already enrolled will get priority placements and first dibs above waitlisted families and when spaces allow, sibling groups will be given priority over single space enrollments.
- Infant/toddler care (for children under 3 yrs old) usually has the longest waitlists with fewest spaces available. Spaces for this age category usually open up every one to two years but we always have the waitlist open to apply for a space. Preference is given to children 18 months and up.
You will receive a confirmation email with a link after your complete this form. Please keep this email as it will allow YOU to update and remove yourself from the waitlist as needed. Keeping us updated allows for more accuracy and expediency in our waitlist times.
