Please consider purchasing a keepsake box of 30 hand crafted greeting cards to support The Carlstadt PTA. These are perfect to have for last minute events, birthday parties and to save you from running to the store (only to stand there for several minutes deciding which card is best)!

There are FIVE box types to choose from: All Occasion Box 1 & 2, Birthday Cards for Kids, Thanks & Blanks, and a Holiday Collection. See images below for options! Boxes are $30.00 each. Box designs may vary, subject to change, based on boxes available in stock.

To order please complete this form and send in a check made payable to Carlstadt PTA by Friday, April 9th.

Cards will be delivered to the school in mid to late April.

Thanks & Blanks: The Thanks & Blanks box is an adorable organizer box full of uniquely handcrafted greeting cards with colored envelopes. This set includes 17 blank cards and 13 Thank You cards. Select desired number of boxes.

Holiday cards: The Holiday Card Collection box includes FIFTY handcrafted cards perfect for most major holidays! Select desired number of boxes.
