Please complete the booking form for the first half of the Summer Term to secure a place for your son's after school care. There will be a nominal charge of £5.00 per session which will be charged to your bill. Please note there will be no after school care on the Friday of an exeat weekend, the last day before half term and the end of term. There is also the opportunity to reserve spaces as and when required on a first come, first served basis. Please email office@caldicott.com with your request before 1100 on the day you wish your son to attend.

Each morning, your son will be asked by his teacher to confirm the collection arrangements for end of the day.  Could you please discuss these details with your son before he leaves for school. After school care runs from 1600 to 1800. If your son is a bus boy please notify us on buses@caldicott.com if he will need to take the late bus home, departing Caldicott at 1800.
