The WCCUSD Redistricting commission will hold five in-person meetings beginning Tuesday, November 9, 2021. Due to the Pandemic, safety protocols have been added for all attendees for the in-person sessions. Online registration will be required prior to attending the meetings. Space is limited to only 30 attendees and space will be reserved based on the time of submission of this request. This request should be submitted no later than 3:30 p.m., on the day of the meeting.

Please complete this form if you intend to attend the in-person Redistricting Commission meetings. Here are important actions based on the current CDPH and County Health Covid-19 guidelines that are to be followed at all times by Commissioners, staff, and attendees during all in-person meetings:

1. Pre-online registration due by 3:30 pm
2. Mask will be required at all times
3. Show proof of vaccination (physical card) or negative test (physical test) within 72 hours on the day of the event
4. Agree to the WCCUSD COVID screening process before entering the meeting

Note: No attendee ins and outs during meetings

This form will be closed when it reaches capacity or at 3:30 pm the day of the meeting.

La Comisión Independiente de Rezonificación del Distrito del WCCUSD llevará a cabo cinco reuniones en persona a partir del martes 9 de noviembre de 2021. Debido a la pandemia, se han agregado protocolos de seguridad para todos los asistentes durante las sesiones en persona. Se requerirá el registro en línea antes de asistir a las reuniones. El espacio está limitado a solo 30 asistentes. El espacio se reservará en el momento que entregue esta solicitud. Esta solicitud debe enviarse a más tardar las 3:30 pm el día de la reunión.

Complete esta solicitud si tiene la intención de asistir a las reuniones de la Comisión Independiente de Rezonificación del Distrito del WCCUSD en persona. Estas son acciones importantes basadas en las pautas actuales de CDPH y County Health Covid-19 que los comisionados, el personal y los asistentes deben seguir en todo momento durante todas las reuniones en persona:

1. La registración previa en línea debe realizarse antes de las 3:30 pm el día de la reunión
2. Se requerirá mascarilla en todo momento
3. Se requerirá mostrar prueba de vacunación (tarjeta física) o prueba negativa (prueba física) dentro de las 72 horas del día del evento
4. Acepte el proceso de selección de COVID de WCCUSD antes de ingresar a la reunión.

Nota: No se aceptan entradas y salidas de los asistentes durante las reuniones
