Fix Your City Submission Form (Cities Skylines)

Please follow ALL the steps outlined below to submit your city/map for consideration. I can't guarantee I will fix all the submitted cities/maps, but if you fill in the required info below your chance will certainly be higher! :-)

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY - You can write your used mods below (for example TM:PE, Move It, Road Anarchy) or provide a pastebin link to a list. You may find the "Mods Listing" mod can help you with this - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=588691634 - IMPORTANT: PLEASE ONLY SHOW ME THE ACTIVATED MODS, NOT THE DEACTIVATED MODS. If that means you need to spend 5 minutes editing your list then please do so. For you it's 5 minutes, for me it's 5 minutes for every single city that gets submitted every day! ;-)

When you save the game, please zoom out as far as you can to show off the city/map. Have you done this? *

What problems does your city need fixing. *
Please be as descriptive as possible. WHAT is the problem (cargo, traffic, beautification needed)? WHERE is the problem (what district or area of the city)? If you just say "traffic" your city submission will not be accepted. Thanks :-)
