Interested In Leadership Lab?
Leadership Lab is a 10-week program the meets once per week for an hour. 
  • The first 5 sessions address key concepts relating to building an effective board of directors. 
  • The second 5 sessions focus on developing your personal leadership strengths. 
  • Each session requires approximately 30 minutes of preparation in advance so you can arrive prepared to participate in a discussion with other founders and mentors. The sessions do NOT review presentation materials; to get the most value from it you need to complete the self-study work in advance. 
Please do not apply if you are not able to commit to being prepared for each session.

Also, Leadership Lab is designed to be most relevant and valuable to companies that are already a bit further along than just starting out. Specifically, the program is ideally suited for:

  1. Companies with a dedicated team of at least 2 members.
  2. Companies who have secured some investor funding beyond friends and family.
  3. Companies actively operating in the market with customers and revenue, or those who have achieved advanced stages of technical/clinical validation.
  4. CEOs or Co-Founders of the company
