The HENRY Healthy Families Programme is a free 8 week programme for families in Waltham Forest with children under 5 which helps you give your child the best possible start in life.

Tuesday 12th March 10-11:15am Online
Tuesdays 1-3pm at Leyton Family Hub starting 30th April
Wednesdays 9:30am-11:30am at Walthamstow Family Hub starting 15th May
Tuesdays 10-11:15am Online starting 30th April
