How the automated process works:

After you sign up, we will set up a Matrix email notification for every listing that you represent (if you want any buy side services, please discuss this with us since it involves a few different steps). Once we receive a status change notification, we will send you proofs for the materials you choose below.

Notes:

We won't fulfill anything (print, publish, etc) until you give us approval for the proof.

For closings/sales, Matrix notifications come through after all documents are completed and it's "closed" in the MLS, so this may take place a day or two after the property actually has its closing day.

$15 - Create a brochure (does not include the cost of printing)

$15 - Create Special Feature Cards (does not include the cost of printing; you will need to email Laura Lee a complete list of the features you want to include)

$50 - Build a property website (includes the website and a custom domain name, valid for one year)

$15 - Create and submit an Eflyer (does not include the cost direct to Eflyer Marketing)

$25 - Create and send out a Reverse Prospect email (note you need to send us the list from Matrix AND have an upgraded Mailchimp account)

$15 - Create a Just Listed postcard (does not include the cost of printing or mailing)

$25 - Publish the listing to your website

$20 - Share a social media graphic to the platforms in your Buffer account (Listed & Sold) NOTE: If you want a reel incorporated into this option (and not just a graphic) there is an added cost of $15 per reel

$10 - Share a social media story to your Instagram account (and FB account if linked) (Listed & Sold)

$5 - Send a testimonial request to your client after closing

$15 - Create a Just Sold postcard (does not include the cost of printing or mailing)
