              Please arrive no earlier than 2pm
              Registration is between 4:30-6pm
              You will be able to check into your room at that time
              Shuttle will arrive around 5:30pm
Departure : Saturday, May 9th  
              Participants must be off site no later than 11am
              Shuttle will depart at 10:30am
