All volunteers must be 18+. Exceptions can be made for minors working in groups and/or in building projects with parent present. Please have a parent/guardian call the office at 574-233-2120 if you are younger than 18.
Yo Puedo Leer (I Can Read): Preschool program for children ages 3-5. It is a half day program. Monday-Friday 8:00-11:00AM and 12:30-3:30PM (3hrs once a week)
Crece Conmigo (Grow With Me): After-school tutoring for Kindergarten-5th-grade students. Monday-Thursday 3:00-5:00PM (2hrs once a week)
Florecer (Flourish) After-school tutoring for 6-8 grade students. Monday-Thursdays 5-7PM. (2hrs once a week)
Adelante (Forward): After-school tutoring for 9th-12th-grade students. Monday-Thursday 5-7PM. (2hrs once a week)
Citizenship Classes: Helping residents with civics, language, and history in preparation for their citizenship exam. Tuesday/Thursday 11AM-1PM or 5-7PM (2hrs once a week)
Building Maintenance: Helping with the general maintenance of the building and grounds. Schedules can vary.
Special Events: We have events throughout the year like market days, health fairs, fundraisers, etc. Dates and times vary depending on event.
Court Ordered Community Service: Please contact Dara at

City ID Day: Helping our team during City ID days with registration, people management, etc.
