Supply Requests
Each group may request up to $50 for consumable items used for the booth. We appreciate it if groups take care of their own supplies where possible. Please include your booth name and the following: (1) specific item description, (2) its cost, (3) the quantity, and (4) a purchase link such as Amazon (used for reference, exact item may be different). Note that EYU is not able to reimburse people for items bought independently. Requested Items will be provided on the day of the event. (Please fill this out even if you have already submitted a proposal.)
