First Sundays Tai Chi ~ Registration Form 2024
The Hidden Gardens is delighted to be welcoming Jan back for a monthly series of guided Tai Chi. 
These sessions will be held at 12.30pm on the first Sunday of each month from April to October. This is a time limited offer which is funded until October 2024. 

We are asking everyone to register, whether you have previously attended or if this is your first time!

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed you must let a staff member know upon arrival to the session.

We are required to keep a record of participant numbers for several funding bodies, and the information gathered on our registration forms and equalities monitoring forms is therefore helpful, and will only be used to report on the range of people participating in our activities. We only hold on to your personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes for which we collected it.
