2)  Veronika has been considered a hard worker and an exceptionally capable woman. Throughout her professional career she rose to the position of head of the technical and economic department.  However, she had to face many challenges during her career, and was often the only woman in leading positions.

When Veronika became the manager, over time she began to show a certain hostility towards her other female colleagues. She refused to support them and often criticised them excessively. She was convinced that they should go through the same difficulties as she did. Moreover, she was afraid that she wouldn't have enough authority if she was not tough, and thus confirmed the stereotype that women are not good leaders.

3) The associate professor obtained a prestigious grant and is now the main leader of the research team. She became pregnant during the project.
