October 29 Caribbean Craft Market Vendor Application                      
Thank you so much for your interest in being a Vendor Partner! We pride ourselves in supporting start up businesses, creators, Caribbean organizations/businesses and food producers. We’re excited to celebrate Caribbean Heritage Month at the Market!

The October 29 Craft Market is an outdoor/indoor event held on the patio of Kulture Restaurant: 701 Avenida De Las Americas Suite A, Houston, TX 77010. All vendors are responsible for providing their vendor set-up (table and chairs) and clean-up. There is a limited number of indoor spots available for vendors whose merch requires controlled temp. The patio space is mostly covered.

Please complete this form to sign up as a vendor partner. Once received, reviewed and approved, a PayPal invoice will be sent for the vendor fee (fees listed below) You will not be an official vendor until all paperwork submitted and payment is received. If PayPal doesn't work for you, we also accept Cash App $ilovebeingcaribbean or Zelle @ilovebeingcaribbean payments.

Additional Details:
1. Please make sure you secure and properly display all permit paperwork required for your type of business.
2. Each vendor is responsible for their vendor set-up and clean-up.
3. All vendor booths should be completely set up ready to make sales by 11:30am.
4: Vendor Fees:
Product/Service vendors: $65 for iLBC Corporate Members and $75 for all others
501(c)(3) Caribbean Associations: $50

I Love Being Caribbean is not responsible for any injury sustained by exhibitors, patrons, or guests. Applicant stores and exhibits their goods at their own risk. In addition, I/we have read and abide by all event regulations stated in this packet or risk removal from event site without refund.
