Here’s how it works:

A few weeks before your concert, you will be asked to confirm the number of families participating in your concert. A deposit may be required at this time.

We will then create your invoice based on your final numbers. Your invoice must be paid by you shortly after your concert. Once your invoice is paid, we can begin the editing and uploading process.

Once your concert video is completed, you will be sent a personal link for you or a trusted staff member to login and approve your concert video. Make sure all videos are included and correct and there are no errors.

On approval, you can then email the link and password to your dance families.

Your dance families will then be able to log in, watch, and download their concert video.

Your families are still able to copy their videos onto a USB or burn them onto a DVD.
