Each class is held on Tuesdays from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM mountain time via Zoom
Program runs from August 16th through December 13th with a week off for Thanksgiving.

CAP Sessions run along a semester style schedule with 2 hour zoom sessions every other week held on Tuesdays from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM MT. Additionally you will be expected to attend a 90-minute coaching practice session in between these sessions with members of your cohort that you may schedule to suit your available time frame.
