Our mission: To transform the lives of women and girls in the Clark County area by mobilizing the collective power and passion of women working together through philanthropy.

The Women’s Partnership Funds advocates for inclusivity, denounces discrimination and values equity. We want all those who identify as a woman in Clark County to feel they belong and to support all women in reaching their full potential. We can only truly and positively transform the lives of women and girls by prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion on our Board, in the programs we support, and in our actions. The Women’s Partnership Funds Board strives to include members from diverse religions, ages, backgrounds, races, sexual orientations, gender orientations, and professions. This inclusionary outlook helps us have a wider impact, reduces an apprehension of differences, diversifies our skill sets, and increases our cultural competency, thus helping us support initiatives that fulfill our mission. We are still working to accomplish this goal and we will strive to continually improve by implementing change, assessing ourselves and listening to others. We have the collective power to improve the lives of those who identify as women and girls when we stand together.
