If you are paying by credit card, a credit card authority payment form will be sent to you with your confirmation to return no later than the deposit due date. If you are paying by BPAY or EFT, an invoice listing payment details will be sent to you with your confirmation. Payment must be received and cleared in TravelManagers account by the deposit due date to avoid cancellation or any price increases. If for any reason you are having difficulty making any payment deadlines, please contact me. Special arrangements can be made to assist families in securing their booking.
