Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT). This is an advanced skill empirically informed family therapy model specifically designed to target family and individual processes associated with adolescent suicide and depression. For Counselors, Therapists, Mental Health professionals, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, psychotherapists, Social workers, ER Physicians, Health Care administrators, Primary care physicians,

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for Suicide Prevention for Youth serving professionals. This is an advanced skill training and is an intervention tool that teaches patients skills to use alternative ways of thinking and behaving during episodes of suicidal crises and assists them in building a network of mental health services and social supports to prevent future suicide attempts. The training is primarily targeted towards Masters or Doctoral level clinicians with a background in CBT however, any mental health professionals who would like to join the workshop may do so. It is ok for skills trainers to join as well.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Training (DBT)). This is an advanced skill training developed for multi-diagnostic, severely disordered individuals with borderline personality disorder and other problems of emotion dysregulation. Recent studies have shown that DBT skills, when provided in the context of a comprehensive DBT program, are highly effective at reducing suicidal behaviors and improving treatment outcomes. This is for all mental health professionals working with clients/patients and can include: Clinicians, Counselors, Couple and Family Therapists, Health Care Administrators, Mental Health Professionals, Psychotherapists, Social Workers, Peer Support Specialists, Child and Family Therapists, School Based Counselors, and Skill Trainers

Collaborative Assessment & Management of Suicidology (CAMS). This is an advanced skill program in 3 phases. a therapeutic framework for suicide-specific assessment and treatment of a patient’s suicidal risk. It is a flexible approach that can be used across theoretical orientations and disciplines for a wide range of suicidal patients across treatment settings and different treatment modalities. CAMS training is available in an online course, and in-person practical role-play training. Designed for licensed professionals but may include case managers and paraprofessionals who work directly with clients/patients.
