A few important key notes:

You must be available for both days, this will be a Saturday and Sunday.

If you would like to go ahead and book your food vendor at our event, a $500 Site Rental Fee is required to secure the booking.

Bump in time is at 4pm the day prior. If you are not able to set up the day prior, you must be set up at 7am at the latest due to the festival area being closed to traffic.

You must supply your own power and water. Generators need to be out of the way, quiet or have long extension cables to place them out of earshot.

Vendors have roughly 5x5m sizing per site, this is usually 1 marquee or 1 van. If you require more space, please contact us.

A Certificate Food Registration and a Certificate of Currency for Public Liability up to 20 million will also be required.
