All agents registering clients for the auction are responsible for ensuring that their clients understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the sale. It is the responsibility of each agent to review and fully understand the terms and conditions of the auction. All properties are sold AS-IS, and the high bidder will be required to sign a purchase and sales agreement electronically immediately following the auction. In addition, $5,000.00 in earnest money must be received by 10:00am the day following the auction. It is crucial that all agents make their clients aware of these requirements and ensure that they are able to comply in a timely manner.
