Program Overview
The Mentorship Program is a professional mentoring program designed by the Wisconsin Women’s Network (WWN), a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the status of womxn and girls in Wisconsin through communication, education, and advocacy.  The Mentorship Program connects womxn in undergraduate or college programs with professional womxn in the Madison area.  Mentors will provide students with a supportive relationship that encourages discussion of issues relevant to women completing their studies and succeeding in the workplace. Mentors and Mentees must commit to one year of participation in the program from January 2020-December 2020.

What steps do I need to take to apply to the program?

If I am selected to be a mentee, what are my expectations?
- Attend the January 23rd training program. This program will provide mentees with an overview of our program, as well as educate them on how to get the most of their mentoring experience.

Will I have one mentor throughout the entire year?
