Thank you for your interest in being a Sunday Streets food vendor! Sunday Streets food programs are being curated to reflect the unique cultures of the neighborhoods in which they are being hosted and will prioritize businesses that are registered within the neighborhood and/or actively support the economic vitality of the community where we are hosting that event.
TO COMPLETE THIS FORM, YOU WILL NEED:
- Your commissary kitchen address & catering license number
- A detailed list of all cooking, heating, and refrigeration equipment to be used onsite
- To attest to reviewing and complying with all SFDPH and SFFD permitting guidelines
- To agree to the food vendor fee listed below
- To agree to providing a sales report to Livable City and completing a survey at the end of the day
PLEASE NOTE - Completing this form does not guarantee a vending space at Sunday Streets. You must receive a written confirmation from Livable City and submit any required fees or forms to sell onsite. Final approval to vend will be granted on a first completed, first served basis, so please submit all documentation and fees as soon as possible to maintain your vendor space.
