Vendor Commitments and Expectations: Event Scheduling, Setup, and BreakDown Responsibilities:● Vendors are to arrive 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time.● Vendors are responsible for supplying their own extension cords, equipment, or any other supplies that might be needed for those events where the hosting company has approved the use of electricity.● Vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event unless dismissed by Full Figured Fierce or company's point of contact.● All merchandise and displays must be appropriate for a family atmosphere. Full Figured Fierce reserves the right to refuse the display and sale of inappropriate signage and merchandise. No reference to drugs, profanity, adult content or gang-related items will be permitted. If vendors are asked to leave because of an inappropriate display, the booth fee will NOT be reimbursed.                                                                           *
