Parkview UMC's and St. John's Lutheran Church are collaborating to present Fruits of the Spirit Youth Day 2021. Please fill out this registration form. This form will accommodate up to 3 youth, for more, please fill out a second form.

This program is for youth going into 6th grade through 12th grade. (There is a separate event for children pre-k through 6th grade)

Check in is at 9:45am and pick up is at 1:00 pm on Saturday July 9th 2022
at St. John's Lutheran Church, 470 S. Gebhart Church Rd, Miamisburg Ohio.
