Welcome to the Life Teen registration form for the 2019-2020 year at Merciful Redeemer Parish!

Our mission is to love, walk with and empower the youth of our community to be joyful and fearless disciples of Jesus Christ!

Please take a few minutes to complete this mandatory registration form.
