The registration process would involve the following steps:
1. Submission of the registration form
- Step 1: GIN school registration
- Step 2: GIN student teams(s) registration
2. Confirmation of parental permission
3. Payment
- $10(USD) + comission fee for each participants(including students and advisors).
- Fee includes all conference activities

Please note the following things:
1. DRESS CODE: easy & comfortable movement
- No pajamas or clothes with visible inappropriate words or images

2. CODE OF CONDUCT:
- We are here to exchange and innovate solutions to complex problems. Please come prepared to collaborate with empathy and work hard!
- Substance abuse will not be tolerated (zero-tolerance policy)
- Disrespect, discrimination, or bullying will not be tolerated (zero-tolerance policy)
- Students and parents must be made aware that if students are found breaking the code of conduct, they will be asked to leave the online conference

GIN Advisors
Each school is required to send at least one adult advisor as a chaperone. Please provide their information in this section. We will be sending important information to you via email and making announcements in a shared chat. The shared chat with all GIN Educator Mentors is also a great place to find support for any quick questions or concerns you may have. If there are general FAQs we may add this to our website or send you an email with more information.

GIN PROJECT TEAMS: # and Contacts of Participating Student Teams
Teams of Students: Each school may send up to 5 teams of students composed of between 2-6 students per team. We may consider expanding team numbers to 6 teams upon request and after we have finalized projections of registration numbers from all respective and interested schools in the region.

Students must be in Grades 7-12. If you're interested in sending more than 6 teams, please contact the GIN Conference Coordinator for more information. (ashley@globalissuesnetwork.net )
