Schedule Information *
THIS IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION! Please list all conflicts below. Rehearsals are from 3-6:30pm on weekdays and 9am-noon on Saturdays unless otherwise indicated in the schedule/rehearsal section. Tech and dress rehearsal attendance is mandatory. Call for performance times will be at least 1-2 hours before curtain. Please see the rehearsal calendar on the website for a complete list of rehearsals and their times. Again, please list all of your conflicts below. Be sure to list the DATE and TIME for each conflict Monday-Saturday, September 4-November 2. There should be NO CONFLICTS listed for November 1-November 10. PLEASE CONFIRM ALL THIS INFORMATION WITH YOUR FAMILY AND SCHOOL SCHEDULE.
I have read and understand the terms and conditions below and have reviewed with my parent or guardian. *
If you are cast, we expect you to be at rehearsal when you are called. If you are ill or unable to attend, you MUST contact Kajsa Jones at kjones@theloftstage.org to let her know as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in removal from the cast. If you will have any conflicts with the rehearsal schedule, list them on the above conflict sheet or forever hold your peace. They do not eliminate you from being cast but they do allow for careful consideration in scheduling. (jobs, school activities, clubs, trips and family events must be included)
