This is a stand-alone program which will be run at our Tai Tam campus. This program will only be open to students currently in grades 8 to 11 and will be an excellent introduction for students taking Biology in Grade 9 next school year. The course will give students a general background in identifying animals and plants and the specific adaptations these organisms have evolved to survive a changeable urban environment

Pre-requisites for students to join the program:

Currently grade(s): 8 - 11
Ability to walk / hike for 2+ hours

Program dates:

June 19 - July 7, 2023 (14 Days)

Times:

AM Session - 9:00am - 12:00pm

PM Session - 12:45pm - 3:45pm

Location:

Tai Tam Campus + Various field trip locations

Program Fee:

$6,510

Payment Process

Once you have registered you will be sent notification by email. Once the minimum number for registrations has been reached a payment deadline will be issued by email and via SchoolsBuddy notification. Once the payment deadline has been issued please make your payment as soon as possible. Payments will be made via SchoolsBuddy.

Terms and Conditions

There will be no bus service provided to and from the Tai Tam campus for the duration of the this program.
The class will be confirmed once the minimum number of students has been reached
Please note that this a stand-alone program; therefore no make-up classes or refunds will be provided if it clashes with any programs you may sign up for in the Summer Discovery Program in Repulse Bay.
Students will not be accepted into the class until the registration fee has been paid.
Once you have finalised your registration, fees are immediately due (according to payment deadline) and payable.
There is non-refundable $500 admin fee for any withdrawals made after the payment deadline but before registration deadline of May 10, 2023. Payment deadline will be confirmed by email.
There will be no refund provided for any withdrawal made on or after May 10, 2023
No credits or makeup classes will be provided should lessons be canceled due to student absences, or school closures due to bad weather.
We reserve the right to change venue & time without prior notice.
By registering and / or attending a class, you agree that your child will abide by the above rules and regulations and any other procedures and protocols in place at any given time as communicated. By taking part in any of our classes you are agreeing that your child is fit to participate and understand that outdoor activities carry an inherent risk of physical injury
