MM Temp Artist Application
Greetings!

Monster Masquerade is one of the busiest times of the year for staff - especially on our art team! We would like to hire a couple artists to help out for the remainder of September during our MM prep time.

Artists chosen will be able to assist our art team with redrawing member designed Goatlings and items to fit the site style. A Discord account is also necessary for better communication and file transfer as a temporary server will be made specifically for Monster Masquerade artists!

Application Assignment! Please redraw the Goatling and items below to match the site style as closely as possible. It's okay if you are more skillful with Goatlings than items or vice versa. BONUS: Feel free to also design a RAD of the Goatling and/or a masculine version of the HA buddy hairstyle.  
Drawing Guidelines and Templates
+ Light source comes from the upper right on items and Goatlings
+ Battle pets face right (towards baddies)
+ Light source comes from directly above on HA Bud items
+ Drop shadows are hard while form shadows are soft - but leaving all shadows hard is fine too as the head artist will adjust them if needed.
+ Shadows are typically not pure black but are a shade darker than the color underneath.
+ Lineart is black but is typically colored inside shapes - such as the sweater seams.
+ Since computers and artist pen pressure differs from artist to artist - there is no set line width - please adjust your line to match the templates.

Payment Preference - The general payment for redrawing Goatlings is $15-$20 depending on complexity and $2-$3-$5 for items depending on complexity. Or the equivalent in Diamond Dust. Let us know if you are fine with this rate or if you would prefer more or less below.
