2022-2023 C.R.E.E.D. Registration

This form will enable you to register your child for C.R.E.E.D. for the 2022-2023 School Year. Please complete it in its entirety.

Please note that you will need to complete a form for each child that you plan to register.

General Information

- Classes begin the week of September 11, 2022

- First Eucharist masses will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2023 and Sunday, April 23, 2023.

- If your child is entering 2nd grade and was not baptized at Church of the Resurrection, please submit a copy of the baptismal certificate to the Children’s Ministry office.

- Submit your registration, with payment on the WESHARE site, as soon as possible. Requested time preferences will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. (Upon completion of the form, you will be directed to the Weshare site to pay the C.R.E.E.D. fee for your child.)

- The only way to guarantee a spot for your child in your choice of C.R.E.E.D. sessions is by volunteering with the C.R.E.E.D. program. Please see the list of volunteer needs for the coming year to see where you fit in. Training and all materials are provided.

Fee Schedule

FEE: $150 per child for Parishioners (families registered at Church of the Resurrection).
$200 per child for Non-Parishioners (families not registered at Church of the Resurrection).

As mentioned above, upon completion of the form, you will be directed to the Weshare site to pay the C.R.E.E.D. fee for your child.
