 - Submission Cut Off for this request - 1st Monday of each month (7 days prior to SAMCONs).
 - Normally Scheduled - 2nd Monday of each month.

BOR
 - Submission Cut Off for this request - 1st Wednesday of each Month (5 days prior to Parent Meeting).
 - Normally Scheduled - 4th Monday of each month.

Eagle SAMCON/BOR's/Palm
 - Scheduled on a case by case basis.
