In consideration of permitting us to visit the Danjugan Island, we hereby voluntarily release, discharge, waive and relinquish our right to any and all actions or causes of action as a result of engaging in the visit or any activities incidental thereto, wherever or however the same may occur, and for whatever period said activities may continue. We, ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge and relinquish any right to an action or causes of action which may hereafter arise and agree that under no circumstances will we or any of our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, prosecute or present any claim against the Municipality of Cauayan, Brgy. Bulata, or the Philippine Reef and Rainforest Conservation Foundation Inc. (or "Danjugan Island Management"). We, acting for ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, agree that in the event any claim shall be prosecuted against Danjugan Island Management, we, ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, shall indemnify and release Danjugan Island Management from any and all claims or causes of action. We acknowledge that we have read the foregoing and we are fully and completely advised of the potential dangers in engaging in the visit and are fully aware of the legal consequences of this agreement.
