COVID-19 Safety Measures-Your Safety is our Top Priority

We will have COVID-19 safety measures in place and follow all guidelines set by the MA Department of Public Health and the City of Boston to keep you healthy and safe! Plunge will be socially distanced and we will likely have staggered entry times. If you aren't comfortable coming to the Plunge in-person, that's ok, we have created a virtual option .

Registered plungers who make a donation of $50.00 will earn an official Polar Plunge long-sleeved t-shirt. Payments can be made via Venmo @polarplunge. Cash or checks made out to the Friends of Stephen Folan will be accepted the day of the event.

**Virtual Plunger** Your Polar Plunge t-shirt will be mailed to you upon receipt of $50.00 donation. Complete the polar plunge at home! That means you could pour a bucket of ice water over your head or jump into an ice bath. Take photos and tag us on FB @ Friends of Stephen Folan.
