Fulbright Essay Draft Application
UD Fulbright applicants should provide the following materials by July 15, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. so that materials can be reviewed by a staff or faculty member over the summer:

- a draft of the Statement of Grant Purpose (max 2 pages for research, 1 page for ETA, MUST be labeled with: name, essay type [Statement of Grant Purpose]. Provide Google link in form below
- a draft of the Personal Statement (max of 1 page, MUST be labeled with name, essay type [Personal Statement]. Provide Google link in form below
- for research/study proposals, a copy or current status of the institutional affiliation letter;
- the names, emails, and titles of three recommenders

Letter of Institutional Affiliation (only for Study/Research applicants)
For Study/Research Applicants, affiliation with an educational institution or other sponsoring entity in the host country is required, even if the grant project is primarily or solely research or artistic activity or does not require enrollment in regular classes. The affiliation letter should come from the institution/individual in the host country with whom you are proposing to work. It should be written in or translated to English, printed on official letterhead and should be signed by the author. It's ok if you don't yet have a letter of institutional affiliation but you should be able to provide us with details about the institution and individual with whom you hope to work.
Provide a brief update on your required letter of institutional affiliation.

Recommenders
Be sure to contact your recommenders early to ensure that you have their complete recommendations by September 1.
