● This contract shall go into effect upon signing and end three months later. 

● Contracts can be renewed in 3 month increments. 

Brand Rep Requirements 

● Must have an active online presence on Facebook and Instagram. 

● Like, comment and share El Pearl Boutique posts and announcements (such as sales promotions, product launches etc.) to help grow our social media reach and engagement. 

● Share company news such as sales, giveaways, contests, launches, and events. 

● Promote the brand by posting 4 unique images per month on your personal Facebook and Instagram (ideally 1 per week) and tag El Pearl Boutique. These images will be of you or your child wearing products that we have in-stock. 

● Less than 3 posts a month will result in discount code deactivation in order to maintain an active social media presence for the business. 

● Reps will show Genuine love, support, and enthusiasm for the product and brand. 

● Reps will join a private Facebook messenger group used for communication, recognition, discussion etc. Photos 

● We are looking for good quality photos of your and/or your child wearing our product to be featured on our website, in promotional marketing, and in our social media feed. 

● Modeled images only, no flat lays. 

● Any blurry photos will not be used, so it’s highly encouraged to provide clear and bright photos. 

● Reps will be provided with lightroom presets for light and airy images. 

● Reps are required to provide 4 photos a month. 

● We understand life happens! If you need more time due to illness or other circumstances please just keep us updated. 

● Pro Tip: Take all your photos on a day that you have time. ie: take 4 photos in 4 outfits, save the photos for your weekly posts. You then have 4 weeks worth of photos so that you don’t have to find the time in upcoming weeks and if you do happen to have the time and snap another shot, any other photos or post are just a bonus for contests! 

● Pro Tip: Photos outside of the store are encouraged and do deliver more engagement, but if you are on a budget this month: Stop into the store and do a try on session with new items and snap photos in our dressing room if you can’t make a purchase.

● Pro Tip: Less is more: A less salesy post with a quick message, question or seeking advice tends to grab the most attention.

Brand Rep Rewards and Discounts 

● Brand Reps will receive 20% discount on all orders during their term in exchange for social media engagement and photos. You will receive a unique coupon code for the duration of your Rep term for only you.

Shares & Post Details Share: 

● Sundays we post our LIVE Sale announcement for Monday Night. Ideally we would like you to share anytime before the LIVE on Monday night. 

● Monday we go LIVE at 8 pm. Shoppers can shop the LIVE at any time so if you can’t share on Monday you can still share it later! 

● We frequently post at 7am, Noon & 8pm throughout the week. These are High engagement times on social media. You can share these at any time on any day! 

● Girl’s Night Out is every Quarter on the First Thursday! We post consistently about this event. We not only love when you share these posts but we love to see you there! (Also a good time to snap a photo for one of your weekly posts) 

● We would like you to share as many announcements as possible, but top priorities are LIVE Sale Announcements, the LIVE Sale, events & giveaways. We understand you have a life outside of being a Brand Rep and your family time is important to us. We will always choose them first and you should too.

● Tag our website on every share Elpearl.com Post: 

● Clear images are a must and we want to see your gorgeous face as often as possibly! 

● Reminder to use/wear products that we have in-stock. 

● Please refrain from heavy filters that may not give a realistic picture of our products. It is important to us that our tribe of ladies get a realistic preview.
