Coding for Change
-----6th-9th grades
-----June 7-11, 2021
-----12:30-2:30 PM MST, via Zoom
Students will learn computational thinking through a social justice perspective. Each student will work as an undercover hacker learning to collect, analyze, and sort data, using a block-based visual programming language to create their own mini-game.

How Can Computers See? (Learn about Artificial Intelligence and Cameras!)
-----6th-9th grades
-----June 7-11, June14-18, and/or June 21-25, 2021
-----9:30-11:30AM MST, via Zoom
Students will use digital media examples to learn how computers think and see, and show how computers can be intelligent, savvy, super fast, and discover what artificial intelligence (AI) really means and how it operates in our everyday lives.
